Black Friday 2020 FAQ

How will I know what is on sale?

Prices will be ‘as marked’ (i.e. already discounted). If the item is not discounted, then it is not on sale.

Can I use AfterPay? 

Yes, you will be able to use AfterPay. However checking out with a credit card is a lot faster so if you are worried about items being removed from your cart we suggest using a CC.

Will the items in my cart save?

No, items in your cart are not saved until payment has been made. Please be aware it is highly likely (due to large amounts of traffic) that some items may sell out while you are shopping. This is why we recommend paying with a credit card as it is a lot quicker than paying with AfterPay or PayPal.

It says I am ‘in a queue’, what does this mean?

The website will turn into a ‘queuing system’ if it reaches peak traffic during checkout. It is important you do not refresh your page when this happens, or you will move to the back of the queue and potentially lose items in your order. 

Why can’t I ‘check out’ using my account?

We are disabling all customer accounts as this makes shopping with us a lot easier and less glitchy during sale periods. Even though you will check out as a guest, your order will still be added to your account based on the email address you used.

Will I still receive loyalty points if I shop the Black Friday Sale?

Yes. Loyalty points will still be added to your account. However please note, there will be a delay in receiving the points in your account (up to 48 hours) and you may not receive an email regarding the loyalty points as normal.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

No. Due to the number of orders we will receive over this sale, we are unable to make any changes/cancel any orders. 

How long will my order take to ship?

We have doubled our teams and processing times in the lead up to Black Friday and expect to be processing orders much faster than last year. However, please do still allow at least 5-7 business days to process your order.

Is it possible that an item in my order may have oversold?

System oversells can occur due to the large traffic that we experience. Unfortunately, this is not something we can avoid. We will however notify you as fast as we can if an item is on your order is unavailable due to inventory oversell. 

Returns Policy

Sale Items - Discounted products & Promotional items.

There are no returns on sale items unless they are found to be faulty. All sales for clearance, promotional and discounted stock are final and no exchanges can be processed. Please choose carefully.
