Black Friday FAQs

Due to the significant volume of orders received during this time, please be aware that our standard dispatch times are likely to increase. We will endeavour to keep you updated on expected shipping times as and when this information is available. Please only contact us regarding shipping times if you have not received a tracking link within 7 business days of placing your order.
We would like to remind everyone that no changes of any kind can be made once an order is placed. We are not able to change any addresses on orders placed during this time, or expedite your shipping, due to the speed of dispatch in our warehouse – we are trying to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Please be sure to take your time to review your cart fully before making payment, as we do not accept change-of-mind returns on Sale items as per our Terms & Conditions.

Time frame
We aim to ship goods within 5-7 business days of receiving your order during the Black Friday sale period. Please note we ship orders on working days only and weekend orders will be packed and dispatched the following Monday. We appreciate your patience while our team works hard to get the orders dispatched as fast as we can!

Combining Orders
We do not offer combined shipping; all orders have a unique tracking number on dispatch. No refunds on shipping are offered to any orders that do not qualify for free shipping.
Due to our speed of dispatch, unfortunately no changes can be made to any orders once placed. This includes the following:
Change of address
We will not be able to make address changes to any orders during this busy time. Please check your address is correct before checking out!
Discount codes
When applying a discount code to your order please be sure it has applied correctly as discounts cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
Changing or removing/adding item
We are unable to change sizes, remove / add any items or change any orders in any way once placed.
Cancellation request
During this very busy time no cancellations of orders can be considered. Please be sure to check your cart and shipping details are correct before finalising your order.
Out Of Stock Items
In the case of an out-of-stock item or accidental oversell, all out-of-stock items will be refunded before orders are dispatched. Unfortuantely no alternatives are able to be offered. All refunds will process back to the original payment method within 3-5 working days.
Please be aware that our response time for queries will be increased due to the Black Friday volume. Please do not send multiple emails as this will only delay responses.

We recommend that you place your order before midnight on Friday 13th December for the best chance of receiving your order before Christmas Day.
All items are true to size based on an average sized child. We have a size guide on each listing to help you make the correct decision for your child.
All items are listed in New Zealand dollars. Here is an online currency converter if you need to estimate the price in your local currency.
We offer free shipping over NZD$100 (NZ & AU customers), and free shipping over $250 for worldwide customers. View more info on our Shipping page.
We offer credit card payments for Visa and Mastercard holders, along with Paypal, Afterpay and Laybuy for qualifying customers. Our online banking facility is ASB 12-3191-0049598-00.
For purchases outside of New Zealand you may be required to pay duty tax on your orders. If your order is being shipped to the United States, you may also be required to pay a State-based sales tax at checkout based on the State you are shipping to.

You can earn Little Loves Loyalty points on all purchases, and also be completing certain actions. View more information here!

You can check your Little Loves Loyalty points expiry date by logging into your account here. Points will expire 12 months after they are earned.
Simply log into your account here, and when you get to the checkout your points will appear. You can choose if you wish to redeem them at this point, and they will automatically apply to your cart!

Yes - you earn Loyalty points when you purchase a gift card, but please be aware you do not also earn Loyalty points when you redeem the gift card at a later date.
Please note that loyalty points awarded exclude both tax and shipping.
If you have redeemed points for a discount but not yet used the discount code, you will be able to find the discount code by going to the Loyalty page, logging into your account and clicking on 'Rewards History'.
