For purchases outside of New Zealand you may be required to pay duty tax on your orders. Please ensure you are aware of the possible charges you may incur in order to release your goods. Unfortunately, we're unable to combine multiple orders for shipping. Our warehouse team begins processing orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch, which means orders are handled individually and cannot be merged once placed. We recommend reviewing your cart carefully before completing your purchase to avoid placing separate orders.

We aim to ship goods within 2 business days of receiving your order. Please note we ship orders on working days and weekend orders will be packed and dispatched the following Monday.

However if we are having a store wide discount or a new season launch due to the large amount of orders we receive our processing times can be longer and the expected time delay can be 5-7 business days. This normally happens once a month with new launches. We appreciate your patience while our team works hard to get the orders dispatched as fast as we can. No, Gift Card purchases do not count towards free shipping thresholds. To qualify for free shipping, your order must meet the minimum spend requirement for your country on physical products only, excluding any Gift Cards purchased.
