Expertly crafted from a waxy oil leather without coating, often referred to as 'viking leather'. The advantage of this leather is that with time and wear, it will give a vintage look. The shoe is supposed to become more rustic with wear. The more it is worn, the more rustic it will look. After a while, the leather can be treated with a natural shoe cream to restore it, if you wish.

"Bought another couple of pairs for my boys as they are absolutely fantastic boots in general-hard wearing but still soft enough that they don't rub, easy to get on with the zip, the elastic keeps shape, and overall just gorgeously stylish, however the colour (wolf) is just. . . odd. I was expecting a beautiful dark brown but it has a strange almost-purple tinge to it which wasn't obvious to me in the photos so I'm a tad disappointed there. Hopefully they alter with a bit of boot polish!"
